What is Limewash?
Limewash is slaked lime and natural pigment, brushed onto the wall in thin washes. As it cures it calcifies and develops the soft, mottled movement that photographs so beautifully: cloudy, chalky, quietly alive.
It is the most relaxed of our finishes and the easiest to live with. Limewash is breathable, naturally mold resistant and free of VOCs, which is why we recommend it for bedrooms, nurseries and whole-home applications across Springfield, Ozark and Nixa.

How we apply it
Limewash is applied in two to three coats with a large block brush. The final look depends on the brush pattern, dilution and pigment, so we always sample on your wall first. Interior limewash needs no sealer; high-traffic areas can take a breathable mineral top coat.
