Our materials

We work exclusively in mineral plasters: lime, marble dust, Moroccan and Roman clays and natural pigments. These materials are breathable, low-VOC, naturally mold resistant and age beautifully. Nothing we apply is a paint pretending to be plaster.

Every project is applied by our own trained artisans, never subcontracted. The people who quote your project are the people who apply it, from preparation to the final burnish and seal.

Our process

1. Consultation

We visit the space, discuss the look you want and review light, substrate and adjoining materials.

2. Samples and quote

Custom-tinted sample boards are made for your site. You receive a fixed, itemized quote and schedule.

3. Preparation

Furniture and floors are protected, surfaces are skimmed and primed so the plaster bonds for decades.

4. Application and seal

Layers are hand-applied, burnished and sealed. We walk the finished work with you before we leave, and every finish carries a workmanship warranty.
